The Young Dubs, as they are known, formed in Los Angeles in 1988 and perform Celtic rock, a fusion of the essential elements of Irish music with classic rock. Featuring founder Keith Roberts, a Dublin native, on lead vocals and acoustic guitar; Brendan Holmes on bass and vocals; Bob Boulding on guitar and vocals; Chas Waltz on violin, keyboard, harp, mandolin and vocals, and Dave Ingraham on drums and percussion, this group offers a fresh, energetic vibe that transcends traditional and rock rhythms to become something new. Their latest album, Saints and Sinners, incorporates all original music written by band members.
