Bella Vita was recently named one of the top Texas Builders, according to D Magazine.
Traditionally, Streamline Funding has provided short term real estate capital for the renovation and flipping of distressed properties. This transaction with Bella Vita marks the first time that the company has financed a new, luxury construction project in the Greater Dallas area.
