With more than 15 years of experience in customer service, customer relations management, and business development, Angri has perfected his strong and persuasive negotiation and interpersonal skills, with an acute ability to successfully analyze an organization’s critical support requirements, develop strategies, evaluate projects and facilitate good client-customer relationships.
Before founding Margin Business in early 2014, Angri started two Internet companies in France and Germany. Previously, Angri held various management positions worldwide, most recently as VIP territorial manager in the UK, focusing on new business development, risk management and direct client contact.
According to Angri, Margin Business delivers some of “the best and most profitable Amazon listings on EU marketplaces” through country-specific optimization and language translation provided by native speakers (English to French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch and Swedish). Angri says, “Our special culture-specific micro-optimization technique will help you to sell more on Amazon EU and US, with unique and outstanding listings that aren’t just localized translations. We position your brand and articles and deposition your competitors.”
The company points out its professional Amazon EU optimized product listing services can increase profits by as much as 50%. Angri explains, “Amazon listings and marketing communications in a customer’s native language are key to garnering their interest and converting it to sales by increasing the click-through rate (CTR) in the search result and the conversion rate (CR) on the product page.”
Cramer and Angri covered a range of topics of interest to all e-commerce sellers during the podcast, including selling on Amazon in the EU market, motivational tips for e-commerce entrepreneurs, work ethics and discipline, and staying connected with business partners and colleagues during the pandemic.
Angri spoke of his experience with his first client, “We helped our first client to grow from a small Amazon seller to a multi-million-dollar business. As we grew with that seller, we found ourselves in the Amazon business and while in that, we realized that we had a good understanding of how it all works.” From there, Angri’s company flourished as a flood of clients came seeking the company’s services through referrals.
“We need to learn every day, and if we don’t learn, then we stay in the back, and other people will forge on and overtake us,” advises Angri, not only in reference to his own company but for all e-commerce sellers looking to stay competitive.
