At just 19 years old, she made the decision to work only with companies who were committed to excellence and were the best in their fields. She has 25 years of professional achievements and experience working in multinational companies such as 3M, Volvo Cars and Metso Power to name a few. Mylene has achieved awards for her success and was the winner of the Excellence Award in Volvo Cars in 1996.

Mylene is the founder of ExcellenceManagement.com. Excellence Management is the platform on which individuals can find inspiration and examples. They are able to also ask for advice and tools that will serve to help them in finding excellence in their personal and business lives. This enables them to be the best versions of themselves.
