He successfully integrated HR governance, policies, practices and processes formerly managed independently in nine countries and facilitated the company’s first Americas HR audit. He has extensive experience in all aspects of search and recruitment including performance management, staffing and recruitment, development, training, retention, succession planning, compensation, benefits, staff relations, and internal communications.

Broad Experience in Search Atkinson has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from JFK University in Buenos Aries and also taught as Adjunct Professor at another Institution there, University of Belgrano.
