Rapid City, SD, Jun 05, 2019 /prREACH/ -- Michael Angley, Colonel, USAF (ret.) has been appointed the new Director of National Security Programs Outreach at the Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security. Henley-Putnam is a school within National American University, with a sole focus on issues of strategic security.

Mike Angley was previously the Senior Military Advisor to the Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security. Mr. Angley has over 25 years of experience conducting counterintelligence and counterterrorism operations around the world and in the United States. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, Mr. Angley is also a retired career Air Force Office of Special Investigations (OSI) Special Agent. A seasoned criminal investigator, Mr. Angley held five command assignments in his career. Upon his retirement in 2007, Mike Angley was one of OSI’s senior-most Special Agents in command of OSI Region 8, Air Force Space Command.

The Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security welcomes Mr. Angley and his exceptional expertise to its National Security Outreach Programs. Dr. Ronald Shape, National American University President, expressed how Mr. Angley brings expertise that is an important part of the future of National American University. Mr. Angley’s appointment comes at an important time for National American University as it dedicates greater resources to serving students interested in strategic security disciplines.
