His 2 service technicians provide warranty and non-warranty repairs as well as regular hot tub water maintenance regardless of where the hot tub was purchased. In addition, Cynthia Hansen, Mike's wife is a valuable part of the team, helping with administration, showroom improvements and customer service.
After some reflection, Hansen says there are a few things fundamental for success, like having an industry mentor who understands the company goals, a great accountant and lawyer and to be careful with finances in the first few years.
