Cary, NC, Mar 08, 2020 /prREACH/ -- One year after publishing her first book, "Who Says Kids Can't Cook," Elikya Rachel launches baby bib line with the goal of convincing parents about the importance of teaching children to cook at an early age. A young author and chef, Elikya strongly believes that it is not necessary to compromise taste for health because it is possible to have both. She is a recipient of the President's Award for Education Excellence as well as a letter of congratulations from the Secretary of Education.

Elikya Rachel's Baby Bib Collection is designed to help babies avoid getting food stains on their clothes. The reinforced hook and loop closure makes it easy to put on but hard for the baby to take off, while the 4×4-inch embroidery area serves as the perfect canvas for embroidery design. These bibs are ideally suited for a fun session of cooking with grandma, parents, or a group of friends.

As a budding chef, Elikya leverages her passion for cooking to encourage other children to learn to cook early and eat healthily. With this objective in mind, she remains highly active through her YouTube channel, Instagram and Facebook page. She has also had the privilege of cooking with the Mayor of Apex, NC in one of her shows.

"My parents thought if they can get me to help in the kitchen I would eat better. It worked, and I developed a love for the kitchen along the way. What if your kids can help you in the kitchen or even cook a meal for you? That's what I do with my parents," Elikya says. "To encourage you to teach them to cook early, I've released a new line of bibs with cute messages like 'A bib is just a mini apron' and 'Feed me or I'll COOK my own milk.' I hope that every time you see those bibs on your baby, you'll remember that it's worth it to teach them a few recipes early."
