Scottsdale, AZ  (November 17, 2014) -- Global BANK Academy, the international leader in personality based sales performance enhancement training, today announced the appointment of accomplished entrepreneur and business executive, Mr. Phillip Lechter, 40, as the company’s Chief Executive Officer.

Lechter joined Global BANK Academy as its Vice President of New Business Development in April, 2014 and has been instrumental in securing several large multi-million dollar international B2B clients for the company.  As CEO, Lechter’s first priority will be to accelerate the company’s performance and advance the evolution of the company’s flagship training program to become a leading global brand.

Lechter is a renowned international speaker, a successful entrepreneur, business leader, executive coach and mentor with a strong focus on leadership and family values. After receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Arizona State University, Lechter served as General Manager for Alliance Capital Corporation.

In 2000, Lechter joined the Rich Dad Company as Chief Communications Officer where he was responsible for the major economic drivers of the company including training coaches, seminar leaders, club leaders and facilitators of the CASHFLOW® game. In 2007 he co-founded Community First Financial (CFF), a residential mortgage company. In 2009 he facilitated its merger with a national mortgage company.  Following the merger, Lechter co-founded Pay Your Family First (YOUTHpreneur), an organization dedicated to providing financial literacy and entrepreneurship for teens and their families. During his tenure, Mr. Lechter was co-creator of ThriveTime for Teens, a finance and life-skills reality board game.  Since 2011, Mr. Lechter had owned and presided as CEO of Lechter Coaching, creating massive growth for notable clients, such as Loral Langemeier, Connect Worldwide, RPH Inc., DEC, and many others. His program’s growth strategies include operational strategies, sales training, marketing direction and leadership development.

Phillip Lechter was raised in a high-profile, entrepreneurial family. His father is the internationally renowned Intellectual Property Attorney Michael Lechter. His mother, Sharon Lechter, co-authored the international best seller Rich Dad Poor Dad (with Robert Kiyosaki) along with 14 other books in the Rich Dad series and is CEO and founder/owner of the Rich Dad Company. Sharon is also the author of the new best seller Think and Grow Rich for Women, in partnership with the Napoleon Hill Foundation the publisher of the well-known blockbuster Think and Grow Rich.
