Feb 13, 2015 /prREACH/ -- Reston, VA, February 13, 2015 - Peabody Residential won the Best of Reston 2014 Award for Real Estate and Property Management Services. The award is in recognition of the quality of services the company offers to its clients.

A look at Peabody Residential 2014 performance underscores the relevance of the award. The company achieved a less than a 2% annual late payment penalty for all of its properties over the entire year, over 86% lease renewal rate, and no evictions.

Besides the award, Peabody Residential President will serve as the 2015 NOVA NARPM Chapter President. He will also serve as Virginia State NARPM Chapter Director. NARPM is an association of real estate professionals who fully understand the complexities of managing single family and small residential properties.

After years of quality service and leadership, Peabody finally becomes a Virginia Association of Realtors (VAR) Property Management Coalition Committee Member. The body represents realtors in the areas of brokerage, management, development and appraisal of properties. VAR works to lobby for fair government policy and provides services in the areas of risk management, education, and communications. Peabody is also set to get his Residential Management Professional (RPM) Designation from NARPM.

The recognition makes Peabody Residential President the first Northern Virginia Chapter Member to receive the award. The fact that the organization and its president have been recognized for their roles is an indication that Peabody is a firm that gives clients nothing but quality services.
