In joining Charter One Realty, David is partnering with longtime Realtor Sonny Huntley, resulting in the formation of the Huntley Clisham Group. This collaboration between Sonny Huntley and David Clisham provides clients with a unique combination of local Hilton Head Island real estate experience – with both potential buyers and sellers benefiting from their combined 73 years of experience in real estate marketing, valuation and technology that can help them to secure the best possible price, whether selling a house or buying a home in the Hilton Head Island - Lowcountry areas.

Originally from Haddonfield, New Jersey, David has lived on Hilton Head Island since 1983, and has been a practicing real estate appraiser and broker since 1984. He previously owned and managed one of the premier local real estate appraisal firms on Hilton Head Island, and has appraised more than three billion dollars of real estate during his Lowcountry career. He recently shifted his focus to being a full-time broker, bringing Charter One Realty his unique skill set, unparalleled experience and proven success in real estate appraisal.
