With business booming and demand increasing, the time was right to open a new location, as well as provide around clock repair service to customers in the area.
Dependable opened its doors in 1998 and established their customer base in and around the first location, 681 W Placita Vega Vista in Tucson. Since then their business has boomed motivating them to open another location. According to Tim Peacock, owner of Dependable Refrigeration, “A new location needed to be opened, because business was expanding so rapidly. It just made good business sense to open another store and provide an additional link between Dependable Refrigeration, the customers, and the repair technicians.”
The new location is positioned southeast of the original W Placita location, giving the company an edge on reaching out to customers who are less centrally located. When asked about how his technicians are able to provide such quick service and at all hours Tim replied, “The company stocks a large inventory of tools, diagnostic equipment and replacement parts in all service vehicles.”
