Jan 04, 2016 /prREACH/ -- Riverside, CA – Wicks Brewing will be hosting a Charity Fundraiser at 6pm on Thursday, January 7th 2016 to benefit the six Wetzel children, whose father was a victim of the San Bernardino shootings on December 2nd.
Wicks Brewing is working again with actor Andrew Divoff, who will be tapping a special batch of craft beer, Djinn’s Hellabrew, a Belgian blonde ale with habaneros and lime, brewed at Wicks.
Divoff is best known for his role as the Djinn in the Wishmaster movie series, and has also appeared in movies such as Air Force One, The Hunt for Red October and Toy Soldiers. He has also starred in television series Lost, CSI: Miami Criminal Minds and The A-Team. His current project, television series The Blacklist, will be airing at Wicks at 9pm.
Wicks Brewing first teamed up with Andrew Divoff last August for a pouring of Djinn’s Hellabrew at the Lake Arrowhead Brew fest, which benefitted non profit Operation Provider. Patrons of the beer fest that brought a cash or food donation were allowed a special tasting of the limited release brew.
This limited release beer will again be poured by Andrew Divoff, with 100% of the proceeds from its sale being donated to the Wetzel family. Signed movie memorabilia will also be available, with all proceeds being donated to the family. Additional donations to the Wetzel family can be made through the Church of the Wood’s website.

The brewpub houses a beautiful 7 bbl copper brew house, which is visible from the open floor taproom and restaurant. The brewers work at creating craft beer on the main floor of the restaurant.
