Jul 22, 2016 /prREACH/ -- A free event will be held in La Jolla to support women’s health and wellness. It is sponsored by LifeStyles INFOCUS®, a San Diego female owned company. Wine, Women and Wellness will be on Thursday, August 25th, 2016 from 4:00 to 6:00pm. It will be held at bkm Office Works, 4780 Eastgate Mall #100 in La Jolla. Cafe Merlot will cater the event providing wine and appetizers.

LifeStyles INFOCUS® is a company that serves as a wellness solution for businesses, organizations, and communities both locally and nationwide. It brings solutions to the workplace to make positive changes to one’s lifestyle. By offering this free one day event, LifeStyles INFOCUS® want to honor and treat professional women of San Diego County.

Over 20 wellness vendors will be on hand to indulge women with massages, demos and offer free samples. Healthcare specialists geared towards women’s services and health, will provide complimentary health screenings, posture screenings, BMI testing and more. Vendors have also donated many prizes to be raffled off to attendees.

LifeStyles INFOCUS® has a decade long history to educate, empower and enhance people’s lives and their personal wellbeing both at home and in the workplace. They have worked with over 200 companies and 500 wellness providers nationwide connecting them to their communities with seminars and health and wellness events. Wine, Women and Wellness on August 25 is another opportunity to bring together professional women of San Diego to health and wellness providers.

While women visit the wellness vendors, Cafe Merlot will be on hand with wine and appetizers. Located at the Bernardo Winery, in Rancho Bernardo, it is the oldest family-run working winery in Southern California. Both LifeStyles INFOCUS® and Cafe Merlot are recognized partners of Live Well San Diego, San Diego County Board of Supervisors long-term initiative on health.
