Jul 18, 2017 /prREACH/ -- It’s not uncommon for those who are interested in adopting a child in New Jersey to think that it’s so difficult to adopt domestically that their only option is to look into international adoption. While there is no wrong way to grow a family through adoption, Adoptions From The Heart which has an office located conveniently in Cherry Hill, NJ, is hoping to dispel the myths about domestic adoption during a webinar session.
Adoptions From The Heart has been providing individuals and families throughout New Jersey with numerous services. They provide support to all members of the adoption triad, including pregnant women, prospective parents, and children. In fact, the agency was one of the first to help place children through open adoptions. Their caring and compassionate counselors are happy to answer any questions.
Taking the first step can be terrifying and so the agency is proud to offer a webinar scheduled for August 1st, 2017, titled “Discover Domestic Infant Adoption” which will cover the process of adopting a child domestically through their agency, adoption myths vs facts, and financial assistance opportunities. The webinar is a great way to learn more about both the agency and its domestic adoption program which places infants directly from the hospital.
After the information portion of this session, a social worker will answer any questions that are asked. The webinar is a free information meeting but registration is required.
This webinar isn’t the only way that pregnant women or prospective families can learn more about the benefits of domestic adoption. Pregnant woman can review a list of waiting families on the website and learn more about how Adoptions From The Heart can help them receive medical care, legal assistance, and join support groups. For prospective families, a list of resources is available including information on home studies, financial assistance, and how to take the first steps in this incredible journey.
