Dallas, Texas, Jun 03, 2019 /prREACH/ -- Asher College’s Dallas, Texas campus will host an Onsight Career Fair on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 11 am until 1 pm. Employers representing various sectors, including Health Services, Office Administration, Accounting, and Information Technology, will be recruiting potential job candidates.
Asher invites both current and former students and graduates who are looking for the next step in their career to attend the fair. This event is open to the public as well. Employers from the Health Services, Office Administration, Accounting, and IT sectors will be at the fair seeking potential employees. Attendees are encouraged to bring several copies of their resume, dress Business Professional, and act as if attending a job interview. Attendees should be prepared to network with employers, and potentially sit for a one-on-one interview. Asher encourages attendees to have positive attitudes and enjoy the opportunity and experience of the career fair.
In addition to the opportunity to meet over a dozen employers, attendees will also have the benefit of a professional photographer, available in-house to take headshots for LinkedIn profiles. This exciting opportunity is offered at no charge to all attendees.
The Onsight Career Fair is an important opportunity for employers as well as those seeking employment. At Asher’s career fair, employers from the Health Services, Office Administration, Accounting, and IT sectors will have access to candidates with Associate’s Degrees and certifications in their chosen fields. Many job candidates hold years of work experience in addition to their formal education. Employers at the career fair will have office space available to host on-on-one interviews on-site. There will also be lunch provided for all company members attending. Space is limited and the deadline for participating companies is Monday, June 10, 2019.
