Jul 03, 2019 /prREACH/ -- A popular adult party card game is back on the market. Think You Can Text?, the "Original Adult Party Card Game" that brings texting offline for the text obsessed generation is now available again on Amazon after it sold out in just one day last May.
According to company spokesperson, Ian Browne: "Think You Can Text? is much more than a card game. We set out to create party card games for adults as part of a mission to help millennials and Gen Z'ers put down their phones in an overstimulated digital world and just disconnect. Interacting and laughing with friends is one of the side effects of the game!"
A crowd-pleaser among adult card games, Think You Can Text? received hugely positive feedback after its inaugural launch earlier this year. Suited for today's texting generation, the game has been called "A hilarious party game for a generation who forgot how to talk!" Allowing players to use both intuition and "dirty humour", says the company, gives the game a modern twist that will appeal to those wanting to share party games and a good time with friends and family.
Think You Can Text? allows players to challenge their friends to see who is best at getting out of awkward situations using text or emoji replies. A situation card is played by a rotating judge, and players are then challenged to create a reply by playing a blue text card or a pink emoji card. The judge decides on the best reply, and therefore, the winner of the round.
The game includes one deck of 500 cards, comprising of 350 text reply cards, 100 text situation cards, and 40 emoji cards. Another card to the game, called "Ninja", allows players who draw this specific card to play in round by writing their own text. There are 10 ninja cards in each deck.
Think You Can Text? has received a viral response online, with those who have played the game stating:
"Think You Can Text? is hilarious! I played it with a couple of friends and we had a lot of fun playing the game. I can't wait to play it with more people; I think the game would be even more exciting with more players!"
