Clothier, president and CEO of Real Estate World Wide, is a successful real estate investor, teacher, success coach and best selling author. Long known for his ability to recognize changes on the real estate investment playing field, as well as target challenges that are presenting in any given market, Clothier has a sharp intuition for what is needed and what works.
In addition to his real estate acumen, Clothier is also known for his philosophies around the power of positive thinking, giving back and living a life by design rather than by default. These ideologies are an integral part of his lessons about business and real estate investment.
Clothier achieved early success by climbing the corporate ladder at one of the nation’s top grocery distribution companies. At just 23, he had taken the organization to the height of success, growing the company’s annual revenues to over $80 million. When the company sold, Mr. Clothier was asked to stay. As Executive Director of Sales and Marketing, he quickly took that company to a height of $1.8 billion in annual sales.
Clothier began to crave new challenges, and turned toward real estate. Not having much experience in the world of real estate investment, he began his search for more information and education.
