Sentient, who is widely known for the buying and selling of Certified Pre-Owned aesthetic lasers, is extending its expertise in the aesthetic laser repair and refurbishment space. The goal of the “Biomed Support” program is to provide the quality maintenance and repair of aesthetic lasers and IPL equipment, at a significantly lower cost than original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and is accomplished by repairing components versus exchanging the core(s) of each device. The launch of the new program is accompanied by offering fifteen minutes of free support for any end user with an aesthetic laser problem, regardless of where the device was purchased. The biomed support will be done by one of the industry's largest and most experienced in-house Biomedical Technical teams, which is comprised of engineers once trained by the manufacturers themselves. These engineers are housed out of a 15,000 sq. ft. facility in Kamas, UT.
