Sever hosted the introduction for the Keynote Performance, Permission to Play, presented by Maria Matarelli, Alistair Cockburn, and Mark Lombardi-Nelson. The Agility Champions event was the first in a series set to be broadcast live to 10 PMI chapters and several other organizations, partners, government, and media to create regional partnerships throughout the industry.

The first Changemakers Initiative event took place May 6-8, 2021. “This event is designed to create profession and brand awareness into the larger community of changemakers in all major industries across Latin America,” states the event’s spokesperson. “We hope to gain attention and recognition from the media, organizations, and government while fostering regional partnerships with associations that serve those changemakers.” Changemakers also supports a Regional Youth Strategy to introduce Project Management concepts and practices to the next generation.
