Richard Cawte, who has worked in the world of international finance and business for over 25 years, has today announced that he has released a brand new service. Together with Gavin Davidson, his political research and marketing consultant, he has created Citizenship Programs.org.
Cawte has worked in the field of international finance for over two decades. During this time, he edited and published a prominent financial newsletter. This has allowed him to build a great degree of important international clients, including government officials.
In a recent interview, he stated: "Knowing the importance of due diligence, we have spent a long time putting this service together. I have personally visited the locations and met the people we will be introducing our clients to. My key role is to help clients choose the lifestyle they desire, to help them relocate to another country, or to aid them in their application for one of the legal Citizenship by Investment Programs (C.I.P.) on offer".
Furthermore, he stated that: "Right now, the Citizenship by Investment program offered by the Antigua and Barbuda government appeals hugely to clients, because it offers a significant discount during the opening period of the program. So it makes really sound financial sense to act quickly, if anyone is considering taking out a second citizenship in the near future."
According to Cawte, what matters is that parties are able to find agents that don't charge the exorbitant fees that seem to be most common nowadays.
"We also ensure that clients receive a real VIP level of treatment when they arrive on the island. We promise a level of attention to detail, that years of building up contacts and connections is able to ensure".
Gavin Davidson is the other key partner in the new service. He has worked extensively in geo-political research, economic security and consultancy for over two decades as well. When the 2008 financial crisis started, he was offered a job as Chairman of a prominent savings and loans institution. He focused strongly on economic security within this role and developed the now famous "The Anatomy of Fraud", which is used by various security agencies to this day. Davidson will also be responsible for the marketing of the new service.
Cawte developed the CitizensshipPrograms.org service to focus specifically on the Antigua and Barbuda markets. He has already successfully offered similar programs in places such as Austria, Dominica, Grenada, Malta, St Kitts & Nevis and Hungary. St. Kitts & Nevis, near Antigua and Barbuda, have had a similar program in place since the 1980s.
"The Antigua and Barbuda government program offers all of the same benefits as that of its illustrious neighbor, but with a few added financial advantages, especially for early adopters," says Cawte. "CitizenshipPrograms.org, is able to offer an extremely well connected and efficient passage through the entire citizenship process; meaning that, unlike many other citizenship programs out there, we can navigate clients through the whole program, from start to finish, within a 3 month period, which is exceptionally fast in comparison to many other countries".
Antigua and Barbuda worked together with a team that drafted the CIP legislation. Cawte has a very close working relationship with this team, which is what allows him to help people fast track their applications. Besides the new service, there is also a video interview due for release between Cawte and the previous Attorney General of Antigua and Barbuda. He was the brains behind the Citizenship by Investment program.
The service itself is due to open on the 1st July 2014.
