Huntington Beach, California - Metamoris 3 was a submission only grappling event that only invited the best veteran and up and coming talent to compete at the event. Dean Lister, a Fabio Santos black belt by way of Jeffery Higgs, competed against Renato “Babalu” Sobral to a draw at the event. Sobral is a great competitor in his own right have a long and illustrious grappling and professional MMA career.

Lister is respected as a grappler, fighter, and a true renasiance man when it comes to his approach to the sport.
