May 30, 2018 /prREACH/ -- Dock Blocks of North America, a floating dock system company based out of Charleston, South Carolina, is joining the National Marine Manufacturers Association. The National Marine Manufacturers Association is the nation’s leading trade association representing boat, marine engine and accessory manufacturers. Collectively, National Marine Manufacturers Association members manufacture an estimated 80 percent of marine products used in North America.
Dock Blocks of North America now joins a prestigious group of members such as: Yamaha Motor Corporation, BRP U.S. Inc., and Cobra Electronics Corporation. The National Marine Manufacturers Association also works tirelessly to keep recreational boating top of mind with consumers and legislators at the federal and state level. No other local, state or national organization invests more on behalf of the boating industry. As a non-profit, member-driven 501c, the National Marine Manufacturers Association reinvests its revenue back into recreational boating. Dock Blocks of North America’s number one priority is making dock systems simple for its various customers.
Whether the consumers’ needs involve off shore oil drilling, aquaculture, or keeping the boat out of the water Dock Blocks of North America has them covered and joining the National Marine Manufacturers Association even furthers the dedication to the marine industry. Dock Blocks of North America's Vice President of Sales and Marketing Doug Edwards says joining this organization gives the company the credibility and advantages needed to become the leading source of docking systems in the marine industry.
Edwards said “Joining the National Marine Manufacturers Association will be a win-win, it gives us the opportunity for our product to get exposure in front of today’s leading marine companies, and in turn Dock Blocks of North America can fulfill all of their docking needs. Being able to meet with these leaders within our industry will allow us to join forces and create great marine solutions for customers of all types.”
