The All-on-4 procedure allows for implant placement without the need for bone grafting. This saves patients money and time, and simplifies the procedure.

Because of the All-on-4 solutions, a patient can arrive at Dr. Scharf's practice in the morning, have his or her teeth removed and then have the dental implants placed, with minimal inconvenience and discomfort. Dr. Scharf will then connect a temporary bridge to the teeth implants, eliminating bone grafting or the necessity of wearing dentures. A fixed bridge will be made between four and six months later, but in the interim period, patients can chew, smile and feel confident about their teeth immediately afterwards.
