Containing twenty four lights, they are powered by CR2032 lithium ion batteries and have small LED bulbs which provide warm, yellow light, similar to that of candles. Additionally, they are said to flicker like real candles, allowing users to get the same feel and experience as if they were using traditional wax candles.

Many people invest in safety lights as a precaution if or when the power goes out.
