Dec 05, 2014 /prREACH/ -- Diamond Polish Solutions, LLC has just completed another full plant floor revitalization in Hazelton, PA and has another scheduled for the Holiday Shutdown December 2014 in Austin, TX.

These manufacturing and industrial revitalization projects include concrete repair in high fork lift and foot traffic areas, Concrete Floor Polishing and Densification in warehouse areas, and complex resinous and epoxy flooring in production locations.

Concrete Polishing does improve ambient light by up to 90%. Other benefits include reduced floor cleaning times with all concrete joints repaired and then filled with Polyurea, and a much smoother surface with a penetrating stain protector added to the floor. Additionally, equipment maintenance will be reduced with a smooth flooring to drive over. Diamond Polish Solutions uses the latest equipment and techniques to give its customers excellent results time after time.

Added in November was a full new line of propane vacuum equipment with HEPA filters to run almost a completely dust free process during floor preparation. This allows DPS to work in areas while production is operational without creating dust that impacts the customer’s production process.
