Sep 17, 2014 /prREACH/ -- The return of students for the start of the Fall 2014 semester makes this the busiest time of the year for property management companies in northern CO. During the month of July 2014, Henderson Property Management & Real Estate completed a total of 118 property turns. College students were returning to local colleges and universities such as Colorado State University (CSU) and the University of Northern Colorado (UNC).
For every property turn, Henderson Property Management conducts a property walk, schedules a carpet cleaning, has the entire property professionally cleaned by their in house cleaning department, and also perfoms any maintenance needed also with their in house maintenance department.
With all of the property turns Henderson logged a total of 387 hours of cleaning and 807 hours of maintenance completed by their in house maintenance department. This would not have been possible without the help of outside vendors which completed all the carpet cleanings, additional property cleaning, lawn maintenance, and other necessary services to get the houses ready.
Henderson Property Management was very appreciative of their employees and said: "We would like to say thank you to all the employees who put in the extra time to get these properties ready, as well as all the friends and family who also volunteered time to help with cleaning in order to get everything ready for the rush of new tenants."
