Jul 24, 2014 /prREACH/ -- On April 1st, 2014 Henderson Management and Real Estate finished its relocation to new office buildings in Fort Collins and Loveland to support northern Colorado expansion and to better serve its customers.

The move was necessary to support the growth of the already largest residential property management company in northern Colorado. With the move they have been able to centralize both their in house maintenance department, as well as their accounting department, so that they are able to better serve their existing and future customers.

Henderson plans to expand more of its business to Greeley, Windsor, Longmont and surrounding towns later this year. The new office locations will provide the foundation for this continued growth and will ensure their commitment to customer service and satisfaction is not compromised.

Owner Jason Hanson is very excited about the expansion and had this to say about the recent move, "It is our absolute intention to fulfill our mission and remain the leader in property management and real estate in the Front Range Rocky Mountain region."

With the move now completed, Henderson plans to focus on increasing it's brand awareness with online marketing, social media, and video marketing.
