Do Quick, Spontaneous Activities Each Week – Plan a special activity each week. Along with a day of fun, it is easy to incorporate quick, fun moments into each week. Plan a quick change of pace for family members by announcing a trip to a local restaurant for an unexpected lunch, or setting up the grill for a cookout. These spontaneous fun times can be as quick as a 20 minute cookie bake, to a 2 hour dinner or movie.
