Sep 11, 2014 /prREACH/ -- The Investment Real Estate Roundtable (IRER), a real estate investing networking group dedicated to educational & networking opportunities in the 4 major Texas markets of Austin, San Antonio, Houston, & Dallas, has released its Fall/Winter 2014 events schedule. The featured speaker in each city will be a local who is active and successful in the local market. There is an IRER event weekly in one of the four major Texas markets. Each market has a consistent monthly topic and meeting. The presentations will focus on what types of strategies are hot in the current Texas real estate market, how to find money for investing, pitfalls to avoid, and much more. After the presentation, a brief Q&A session will be held. Then, deals may be informally pitched to the group. Each attendee has the opportunity to invite those interested to partake in the deal or offer relevant to the real estate industry. For the rest of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to network with one another.
