Ortal Katz has been working at her new position as a leasing agent for Los Angeles Property Management Group for slightly over a month and she has already made a strong impression. She has demonstrated her abilities in advertising and showing properties as well as screening for the very best tenants. Katz managed to successfully lease 10 units before the end of her first 30 days on the job.
Katz has a degree in marketing from Cal State University Northridge, and she also received valuable training at Marcus and Millichap. She is a quick study and uses her education to get the very best tenants into vacant homes and apartments.
Katz attributes part of her success with LAPMG to the people skills she developed in the six years she spent building relationships in her prior position at Citibank. Other important keys to her success include her emphasis on honesty in all business transactions, her commitment to always being prepared, and her ability to really listen to her clients and customers so that she can surpass their expectations.
