Henderson, NV, Jul 16, 2021 /prREACH/ -- Las Vegas College has announced a new RN-to-BSN program. LVC, located in Henderson, Nevada, offers healthcare training programs for careers including Medical Assistant, Medical Insurance Billing and Coding, and Nursing.
Las Vegas College’s new RN-to-BSN program will add to the school’s profile of healthcare training programs. The RN-to-BSN program is designed for students who hold an Associate’s Degree in Nursing through LVC’s AAS Nursing program and are licensed, Registered Nurses. The RN-to-BSN program is designed for working nurses in a 100% online format to allow for maximum flexibility.
Registered nurses who obtain a BSN can achieve a higher skill set beyond basic nursing skills, including case management, critical thinking, health promotion, leadership skills, and community nursing. A BSN can also lead to expanded employment opportunities, and graduates of LVC’s RN-to-BSN nursing program will be prepared for positions in hospitals, medical offices and various health care agencies requiring nurses to have a bachelor’s degree.
