As of December 2014, it has sold more than $67 million is real estate over the past 12 months making it a marquee year for the agency.

“It has been a record breaking sales year,” said Luxury Living Realty’s founder Karla Abaunza. “In my 16 years of working in the real estate field, 2014 has by far been the best for me personally and for my company.”

Sales are on pace for 2015, with Abaunza predicting a continual steady rise in the marketplace due to foreign buyers purchasing their second and third homes. Luxury Living Realty has already begun selling units in Palazzo Del Sol on Fisher Island, which is expected to be completed by February 2016. The company also will begin pre-construction sales of Palazzo Del Luna on Fisher Island in the upcoming year.
