“These Yelp reviews are a tribute to the lasting relationships Madbury Road has built with many customers over the years,” said Brady Bartlett, Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Madbury Road.

Madbury Road’s status as the #1 ranked outdoor furniture store occurs in multiple locations. On the east coast, Boston, Rhode Island, and New Jersey all list Madbury Road as #1 on Yelp. On the west coast, San Francisco is where the company takes the top spot.

Bartlett cites Madbury Road’s careful expansion over the last five years as a chief reason for earning the highly sought after ratings.

"By expanding the business carefully, Madbury Road has been able to maintain the highest levels of customer service over the years,” Bartlett said.  Bartlett believes that level of personalized customer service is what sets the company apart from other outdoor furniture stores.

Even with the growth of the business over the last five years (including locations in Rhode Island, New Jersey, and San Francisco), the original co-founders are still managing all the locations. Customers are often surprised to call Madbury Road for information, only to have the phone picked up by one of the founders.

“There are still only two managers for all four locations,” Bartlett said. “Though things are much busier now than were 5 years ago, every phone call goes directly to one of the two founders."

Customers on Yelp cite Madbury Road’s customer service, high quality product, flexibility, and fast delivery as reasons for leaving 5 stars. Madbury Road’s free in-home trial was also cited as a reason for leaving 5 stars.
