Mar 16, 2015 /prREACH/ -- Episode 3 of Camille’s Paleo Kitchen with co-host Mark Sisson premiers Tuesday, March 17, 2015 on FoodyTV at 5:30pm PST/8:30pm EST. This brand new 30 minute show features recipes and fun tips that will empower families to become happy and healthy using the Paleo Diet.

The Paleo diet is based on the assumption that long ago, humans ate primarily high-quality grass fed meats, fruits and vegetables, and is the optimal diet in which we are genetically adapted for. It was the most searched diet in 2013 and 2014, and has helped many people all over the world create a healthier lifestyle. Camille’s Paleo Kitchen will show viewers how easy, affordable and nutritious cooking paleo meals can be.

In this episode, best selling author and founder of Mark’s Daily Apple, Mark Sisson, joins Camille to debunk common paleo myths and share some simple strategies to support viewers in getting a healthy dinner on the table fast. Mark answers the questions: “Is paleo all about eating tons of meat? Is paleo low-carb? What carbs are good for me and which are bad? How much and what kinds of sugar are ok? How do I know if dairy is ok for me?”

The recipes to be made on this episode include a spinach salad with warm bacon dressing, Thai style steak with carrot salsa and red curry aioli and fresh berries with coconut cream and dark chocolate.

Camille’s Paleo Kitchen will air every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings at 5:30pm PST/8:30pm EST on FoodyTV. FoodyTV is currently available on AppleTV, Roku, GoogleTV and AmazonFire. All recipes and episodes will also be available at paleokitchen.tv.
