Individuals seeking an experienced psychologist who is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology, should call upon Dr. Silverman. He provides services in the following areas of civil law including social investigations, forensic psychological evaluations, employment issues such as wrongful firing along with age and sex discrimination, personal injury, and immigration issues.

Dr. Silverman also provides forensic services in the following criminal areas: competency to stand trial, mitigating circumstances, and insanity defenses. Dr. Silverman can also do Independent Medical Evaluations and Pre-employment screening.

Dr. Silverman has worked with Lawyers in Miami Dade, Broward & Palm Beach County. Along with his experience he is readily available for consultations to determine what psychological services are needed in any particular case and what he is able to provide. As to professional participation in his field, Dr. Silverman is currently the President of the Forensic Division of the Florida Psychological Association as well as the Past President of this organization. He also is the recipient of the Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award.
