Nov 01, 2014 /prREACH/ -- The Investment Real Estate Roundtable (IRER), a real estate investing networking group dedicated to educational & networking opportunities in the four major Texas markets (Austin, San Antonio, Houston, & Dallas), has announced that the November 2014 topic will be "Perfect Pitch." Attendees will have the chance to present their companies, deals, or opportunities to the Roundtable Meetup group. IRER invites Real Estate Professionals to attend morning networking opportunities, before and after the special showcases.

About The Investment Real Estate Roundtable: The goal of the Investment Real Estate Roundtable is to provide a valuable networking opportunity for local real estate investors while providing an educational topic every week relevant to the industry. Typically, presentations will focus on strategies that are hot in the current Texas real estate market: how to find money for investing, pitfalls to avoid, and many more. After the presentation, a brief Q&A session is held. Following the session, deals may be informally pitched to the group. Each attendee has the opportunity to invite those interested to partake in the deal or offer helpful information relevant to the real estate industry. Before and after each presentation, there will be valuable networking opportunities.

No products are sold at these meetups. Instead, attendees are encouraged to continue to build upon their existing networks within those in the group. Anyone interested is welcome to join.
