Raluca Gomeaja is the Founder and CEO of Impact2C, an international company based in Paris that works in the areas of business optimization, life transformation, life and business coaching both at a corporate level as well as for startups looking to power up and scale their businesses. She specializes in helping businesses accelerate their growth and achieve their targets, no matter what their original level might be.
Prior to starting off her own venture, Raluca spent over 17 years as an Executive Director for a multinational corporation, running overall teams of 200 people, overseeing business departments with budgets of over 1 Billion Euros. She focused on a vast variety of areas, ranging from strategy, audit, supply chain, diversity and inclusion, finance, project management.
According to Raluca, “I have always wanted to utilize my global experience to help businesses develop in the area of business strategy and optimization. Having worked in over 40 countries and being capable of speaking 5 languages, my unique skill set has enabled me to nurture businesses all across the world in various stages of growth. She continues, “Through these two programs, I am hoping to help other business coaches understand the market and gain coaching clients of their own. No matter what their experience. As a coach, I have worked with over 20 direct clients from US, UK, France, Romania, Spain, Australia, Austria, Russia, Germany, and more for over 400 hours of 1 on 1 coaching. I want to use my know-how and empower our other coaches.”
Raluca is a Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, Associate Certified Coach with ICF and Leadership Core Dynamics Specialist. She holds degrees in Law and Economics. With her recent book release titled “Connect and Make a Difference. 7 skills to building a high-impact network” she is geared to make her presence felt in the world of business strategy.
