The environmentally responsible company has recently launched its reusable silicone ziploc bags capable of storing baby food, fruits, vegetables, snacks, soups, creams, smoothies, or pet food for a long time. The eco-friendly storage bags from Urban Noon are now available on Amazon.
A 2018 U.N. Environment report on single-use plastics defines them as plastic “items intended to be used only once before they are thrown away or recycled.” Some common examples of single use plastic are shopping bags, forks and knives, coffee cup lids, water bottles, food wrappers, and straws. According to Global Citizen, the production of plastic has more than tripled since the ’90s.

The bags are capable of withstanding temperature fluctuations within the range of -40ºC to 220ºC, and hence, can be used in microwave, oven, sous vide cooker, steamer, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The bags are also equipped with Hermetic airtight seals to preserve the freshness of the stored food.
