Mar 17, 2014 /prREACH/ -- The Austin Real Estate Networking Club, the largest investment club in Central Texas, will be hosting a 'Speed Coaching Event' this Thursday, March 20, at the Norris Conference Center starting at 6pm. This month's Austin RENC event, Speed Coaching, will be unique in nature as it will feature many local real estate professionals from different niches. The event will give these local experts the opportunity to come in and give 10 minute mini-presentations about their business and provide live coaching on how to be a better real estate investor.

Some of the featured speakers will focus on topics like how to work with Realtors, real estate contracts, buying subject-to, working with contractors, using self-directed IRA to invest and more.

The event will be hosted by Austin RENC President Shenoah Grove.  Her philosophy on real estate is to focus on solving the problems facing customers. The best way to do this is through education and networking. Understanding multiple strategies will allow investors to come up with creative solutions to assist distressed sellers and/or motivated buyers. Networking will provide for a wider group of professionals who can assist the growth & development of a business.

This upcoming Speed Coaching Event will provide attendees with both specific education and a network of people with specialized skills that will allow for further business growth.
