Aug 28, 2013 /prREACH/ -- Mancora, Peru – After recently making a debut online, the Mancora beach bungalows http://MancoraBeachBungalows.com now launch their website in Spanish bringing the best bungalows Mancora has to offer to local travellers who are destined to the ocean front surf town, at a graciously discounted price.
The award winning bungalows Mancora beach offers to travellers are well known for attaining the “Most Innovative Coastal Architecture” title in 2008. Since then, they have been featured on TV channels for architecture and have attracted lots of attention because of their unparalleled design.
However, not many people know how ‘Los Balcones de Mancora’ came to be. The dream to build the most innovative bungalows Mancora had ever known was born one evening in 1986, when César Piedra Sañudo, the owner and visionary of the bungalows, promised his daughter he would one day build her her own small hotel to take care of.
Many years later, in 2003, César finally found the perfect property in Mancora to build the dream hotel for his daughter. “When I found the land, I knew it was the perfect location to build the best bungalows Mancora had ever seen,” said César. “With the breathtaking ocean view, quiet private road and close location to the town, I knew the bungalows would be a huge hit.”
César Piedra Sañudo partnered with a well know architect from Lima Peru, who specializes in wood and bamboo architecture. After seeing the land, Nano Cardenas the architect, immediately went to work to draw a blue print and start building the bungalows.
Two years later, in 2006 the greatest new bungalows Mancora beach had to offer were finally completed. They were the only wood and bamboo structures on the Peruvian coast built solely for the tourism industry. Since then, many companies have tried to copy the unique design.
“We knew there was going to be lots of competition when they went up,” stated César. “Even with all of the copy cats, the Mancora beach bungalows still stand out compared to them all. I think it’s because of all of the love and passion that went into building them. No one can recreate that.”
César said, “My goal with launching a Spanish version of the website is to make ‘Los Balcones de Mancora’ more available to local Peruvian, and other Spanish speaking travelers. I am also currently offering online discounted pricing for those who make a reservation online.”
