Dec 28, 2016 /prREACH/ -- In the spring of 2015, Sycuan Casino started searching for a web development agency to redesign and develop a new website that would better showcase San Diego’s top choice for fun and excitement. After searching for a local agency, Sycuan hired WordPress web design agency Tiny Frog Technologies to manage the redesign and website development. The main objective of the project was to create a mobile-friendly website that delivers a better user experience for website visitors. At the time, the current Sycuan Casino website was not mobile responsive and delivered a poor experience for visitors.
Since its humble beginnings in 1983, Sycuan Casino has become a full service casino, offering several restaurants, sports bars and live concerts for a full entertainment experience. Therefore, its website needed to capture and promote all of these state-of-the-art services. After a thorough discovery phase, the Tiny Frog team created a new site map and advised on the user flow, navigation, and content strategy of the website to achieve more website conversions and a better UX or user experience for web visitors. Tiny Frog and the Sycuan creative team worked closely on the new branding and design for the website. Then, Tiny Frog’s team of expert developers were able to transform those designs into a fully functional, mobile-responsive WordPress website.
After successfully completing the website project in the fall of 2015, the redesigned Sycuan Casino website officially launched in February 2016. According to Andrew Dremak, Manager of Strategic Implementation at Sycuan Casino, since the launch of the website redesign, Sycuan has seen improvements to the bounce rate and the time spent on the website. The bounce rate has decreased and the length of time spent on the website has increased. Most importantly, web visitors can now easily access the site on mobile devices and enjoy a better user experience. Tiny Frog Technologies continues to provide WordPress maintenance services and development work for Sycuan Casino.
