This innovation is the only custom, web-based proposal service on the market, and it allows clients to easily build and send proposals as interactive websites.
TinyFrog’s objective in developing Proposal Bildr was to fix the weak link in the sales process. During its work with companies on their websites and marketing materials, it discovered that during the sales process, prospective clients spend more time with the actual proposal or bid document than with the website or marketing materials. It also had some firsthand experience with the challenges of using traditional proposal formats.
“Like most companies, we used to send out proposals or bid documents as PDFs or PowerPoints, but we were unhappy with the presentations and the results,” said Mikel Bruce, TinyFrog’s CEO/founder. “About two years ago, we built an internal platform to address this issue that allowed us to send proposals as high-quality, interactive websites — and our closing rates went up significantly.”
After a number of clients asked about the unique way its proposals were provided, TinyFrog realized it was time to go back to development and initiate a rebuild so it could offer the sales tool to other companies.
“Proposal Bildr allows companies to make a huge impact at a critical point in the sales process with high-quality, interactive proposals or estimates to convert prospects into customers,” Bruce said. “It also creates more transparency in the sales process for better follow-up and reduces the time from proposal to signed agreement by integrating Docusign.”
As an online proposal system, Proposal Bildr offers interactive components, such as videos and micro-animations, just like a website. Its features also include Docusign integration, password protection and security, and a multi-user interface for large sales teams.
