The workshop will be led by fitness expert and Body Rebuild™ creator Carolyn Brumfield.
According to Brumfield “The Body Rebuild™ system helps clients develop a new level of awareness about fitness and their bodies. == Winking. It's the new kegel. Proper pelvic contractions can be practiced anywhere at any time and no one will know. Winking builds the muscles in the pelvic floor, which are foundational to building all other connected muscles and building a strong core.
==Hip hinge for common tasks allows the body to move into proper alignment and engage abdominal, hip and gluteal muscles for support and stability.
== Pinky Presses are “the antidote to too much time sitting.” Pinky presses not only activate abdominals but to also engage shoulder blades, rear deltoids and rhomboid muscles. This brief and simple exercise can bring relief to tired shoulders and back muscles.
