Social media maven Cassandra Craven appears on Wednesday to share her thoughts on what's new for social media in 2021. For more than a decade, she has dominated organic social media with her community management skills, influencer relations, content creation, social strategy, and analytics. All of these have been instrumental in Helium 10's growth. She is currently Helium 10's Facebook group liaison and is responsible for growing its social media accounts.
Norman Farrar hosts noted brand-building expert Brenda Ruby on Friday. A graduate of Arizona State University, Ruby started her career at Deloitte. However, she soon joined a local marketing agency in search of the path she envisioned for herself. At this time, she became extremely passionate about startups and building brands. Here, she played a crucial role in initiating the "Snow" premium line of oral care products. Within four years, she made "Snow," a multi-million dollar e-commerce brand as its COO.
