"The Speed Networking events are always the largest and most popular events of the year," says Mrs. Shenoah Grove, who along with her husband, Phill Grove, have participated in more than 1,200 real estate transactions totaling more than $200,000,000.00 and still hold an 8 figure real estate portfolio. "We structure the event in such a manner that everyone will have a chance to connect. If you're not a great communicator, we'll even have scripts available. We'll definitely make sure you make the necessary connections to grow your business."
Networking is one of the main keys to building a long-term, profitable real estate business. Last year, the Speed Networking event had a club record 163 people attend, and this years’ event should have close to 200 real estate professionals from different parts of the industry attending.
"Our goal is to put money with deals", continues Mrs. Grove. "This means that if you have money and you’re looking for a deal, you’ll find it at this meeting… and if you have a deal and you’re looking for money, then you’ll find it at this meeting as well. It just takes one valuable connection to turn an idea into a profitable deal!"
